Sebastião Miranda da Silva Filho , alias Mirandinha , (born February 26, 1952 in Bebedouro ) is a former Brazilian football player .

Career

society

Mirandinha spent the beginning of his career in his home country. In 1978 he moved to the USA for the Tampa Bay Rowdies , during the current season. The rowdies lost the championship final against New York Cosmos and Mirandinha scored his team's only goal. In 1979 he was sold to the Memphis Rogues .

National team

Mirandinha rarely played for the Brazilian national team. He was allowed to attend the 1974 World Cup in the Federal Republic of Germany , where he was once used against Scotland .
