Mirco Monshausen

Mirco Monshausen (born October 6, 1977 in Bonn ) is a German actor .

Life

Monshausen completed an acting training at the Folkwang University in Essen from 1999 to 2003 .

Various theater engagements followed, for example in 2003 at the Rheinisches Landestheater Neuss in the play War of Buttons by Louis Pergaud . He played in various independent theater groups and in various theater projects in Cologne and Munich . He also appeared in Cologne as part of the Carambolage series in literary-musical live programs, including texts by Martin Suter . In 2009 he took on the role of the boarding school student beinberg at the Junge Theater an der Ruhr in a stage version of the novel The Confusions of the Zöglings Törless , which he made "with a dark look into a kind of Freddie Mercury ."

Monshausen has played leading and supporting roles in several short films since 2003 . He has also appeared in a number of film and television roles. In 2006 he played the role of David in the drama Lieben .

In 2009, he played the role of journalist Elias von Eversberg in the RTL series Everything was counts , with whom the series role Jenny Steinkamp gets involved in a flirtation. In 2011, Lena - Love of my Life - took over the role of the undercover police investigator Bronk for some episodes in the ZDF -Telenovela .

In 2008 he won the “Rock Legends Adventure” competition advertised by the Kölner Stadtanzeiger as a singer together with the drummer Ulrich Rath .

Monshausen lives in North Rhine-Westphalia .
