Miriam Lange (born March 10, 1980 in Frankfurt am Main , real name Miriam Biener ) is a German journalist and television presenter .

Career

Miriam Lange completed a traineeship at the private broadcaster RTL Hessen in 2000 and became editor and reporter for the news programs Item 6 and Item 9 in 2001 . In 2002, Lange became the weather presenter for News am Morgen , Punkt 12 and RTL aktuell . From 2003 she was editor and reporter for point 12.

In addition, from 2010 to 2019 she moderated the RTL midday magazine Punkt 12 on behalf of Katja Burkard and Roberta Bieling . From 2007 to 2013 she presented as main and auxiliary presenter items 6 and 9 and from 2013 to 2014 the new RTL early magazine Guten Morgen Germany until she went on maternity leave in September 2014. Susanna Ohlen was her successor .

At the beginning of November 2015 she returned to RTL and has since been one of the presenters of Explosiv - Das Magazin . At the end of 2019, Lange's change to WDR became known.

Since January 17, 2020, she has been moderating the magazine Hier und heute and the local time on Saturday .

Lange has been married to Sebastian Biener since 2012. She also adopted his last name. She continues to appear in public under the name Lange. The couple have two sons together. She lives with her family in Düsseldorf .
