Mirosław Spiżak [ mirɔswav spiʒak ] (born January 13, 1979 in Krakow , Poland ) is a former Polish football player .

He started at Kabel Krakau . Before coming to Germany, he played for Wisła Krakow . From 1997 to 1999 he was active for KFC Uerdingen 05 in the second division . Then he moved to Bayer 04 Leverkusen and played there until 2000 before moving to SpVgg Unterhaching , for which he was active until 2002. This was followed by a year at Alemannia Aachen and two years at MSV Duisburg . From 2005 he was a player for Sportfreunde Siegen . After the relegation of Siegen to the Regionalliga, Spiżak again signed a contract with SpVgg Unterhaching. Since the winter break of 2008/09 Spiżak was active with the Würzburger Kickers in the Bavarian League . On July 1, 2010, he ended his active football career.

He was also in the squad of the U21 national team of Poland.
