Miroslav Tulis
Miroslav Tulis (born January 23, 1951 ) is a former Czech sprinter who started for Czechoslovakia .
Over 400 m he was eliminated at the European Athletics Championships in 1971 in Helsinki in the semi-finals and at the European Athletics Indoor Championships in 1973 in Rotterdam in the preliminary run. At the European Championship in 1974, he did not get past the first round in the 4 x 400 meter relay .
In 1978 he won bronze in the 4 x 400 m relay at the European Championships in Prague and reached the semi-finals over 400 m .
Four times he was Czechoslovakian champion over 400 m (1971, 1972, 1974, 1977) and once Czechoslovakian indoor champion over 300 m (1974).
