The Mist Rocks (English for mist rock ) are a group of island-like cliff rocks off the Loubet coast of Graham Land on the Antarctic Peninsula . In the entrance to Lallemand Fjord , they are located immediately northwest of Holdfast Point .

Aerial photographs of the Falkland Islands and Dependencies Aerial Survey Expedition from 1956 to 1957 were used to map them. It is named after the fact that a dog sled team from the Falkland Islands Dependencies Survey happened upon the archipelago on August 21, 1956 while traveling north of Detaille Island while looking for a safe place to camp in the fog .
