Mithi (Urdu: مِٹّھی) is the administrative seat of Tharparkar District in Sindh Province in Pakistan . The majority of the city's population speaks the Rajasthani language .

Mithi is one of the few regions in Pakistan where Muslims do not form a majority. More than 80% of the population in this region belong to the Hindu community.

Mithi has reserves of coal that are being exploited with Chinese help within the framework of the China-Pakistan Economic Corridor .
