Mittelhof is a living space within the boundaries of the Wertheimer village height field in the Main-Tauber-Kreis in Baden-Wuerttemberg .

geography

Mittelhof is located between the Wertheimer localities Höhefeld and Reicholzheim -Bronnbach. The district is drained by the Brunnenbach , a right tributary of the Tauber near Bronnbach .

history

The place was first mentioned in 1165 as Lenginvelt . It was a courtyard of the Bronnbach monastery . In 1245 a grangie was mentioned. They were always accessories from the Bronnbach Monastery. The living space came to the city of Wertheim on January 1, 1975 as part of the formerly independent municipality of Höhefeld.
