The Mnichowa Kopa is a mountain in the Polish High Tatras with 2090 m. above sea level
Location and surroundings
Below the summit is the Meerauge mountain lake in the Dolina Rybiego Potoku valley . The mountain lies between the peaks of Zadni Mnich in the south and Mnich in the northeast. The Mnichowa Przełączka Niżnia mountain pass separates them from the latter .
etymology
The Polish name Mnichowa Kopa can be translated as monk's paddock .
Flora and fauna
Despite its height, the Mnichowa Kopa has a colorful flora and fauna. Numerous plant species occur, especially high alpine flowers and grasses. In addition to insects and mollusks and birds of prey, marmots and chamois also visit the summit.

There is no marked path to the top. Climbers who climb the Mnich can take the route over the Mnichowa Kopa.
