The land mobile-satellite service , formerly land mobile satellite service ( English land mobile-satellite service ) is as defined by the ITU Radio Regulations (Radio Regulations) of the International Telecommunication Union (ITU), a mobile-satellite service in which the mobile earth station located is on land.
