The soldiers' personal equipment was added to the mobilization bases. Some of the reservists were immediately integrated into active units at the site after receiving their equipment. Equipment units , partially active, cadre or other inactive units were initially fully set up in the mobilization bases in terms of personnel and material. For this purpose, defense material was stored in or near the mobilization base , which had to be prepared for use and, if necessary, supplemented by the drafting of civilian material (especially trucks and construction machinery ).
