Modestep is a band from London that was founded in 2010. It consists of Josh Friend and Pat Lundy. Tony Friend, founding member and brother of Josh, left the band on May 4th, 2017 in order to develop further musically.

Career

Modestep make electronic music , whereby they are assigned to dubstep within this large area and also refer to themselves as dubstep interpreters on their website.

Musically, Modestep are located next to bands such as Pendulum and The Prodigy . They also played with artists such as Skrillex , Ed Sheeran and Flux Pavilion .

Her debut single " Feel Good " reached number 38 on the UK singles chart and was airplayed on BBC Radio 1 . The single also reached # 5 on the UK Indie Charts and # 6 on the UK Dance Charts . The single Sunlight made it to number 16 in the British singles charts in late summer 2011.

The single "Show Me a Sign" was used in 2012 for the trailer of the game Forza Horizon, and it also acts as a song on the Forza Horizon radio station "Horizon Bass Arena".
