Mohammad Ibraheem Khwakhuzhi.

Mohammad Ibraheem Khwakhuzhi (born February 28, 1920October 24, 1992 ), son of Dur Mohammad, was an Afghan writer , poet, politician and educator.

Life

Khwakhuzhi attended Habibia High School in Kabul . In 1938 he finished school and studied. His first poem appeared in the daily newspaper when he was fourteen years old. In 1946 he began working in Kandahar at Kokaran High School. In 1948 he worked in Kandahar at Ahmad Shah Baba's High School. He was also a member of the Afghanistan Wesh Zalmyan (Youth Awakened). In 1942 he successfully completed the Education and Literature course. In 1956 he became a member of the Pedagogical Academy.

In 1957 he became the director of Radio Afghanistan and a teacher of pashto at Habibia High School. In 1959 he was promoted to director of Radio Afghanistan and was also a history teacher at Isteqlal High School. In 1960 he was assistant and director of the Afghan Theater (Pohanae Nandare) and was a history teacher at Naderya High School. In 1961 he was a member of the Afghanistan-China Friendship Association.

In 1962 he successfully completed the journalism course and in 1963 he was hired as Director General for Literature in the Afghan Ministry. Two years later he was given the second position in Da Meenapal Nishan by the then King Mohammad Zaher Shah , later in 1969 the first. In 1967 he became President of the Public Libraries. In the same year Afghanistan became a member of the National Committee of UNESCO.

In 1971 he became a manager for virtue of the Pashto language in the Academy of Education. In 1973, at the invitation of King Faisal of Saudi Arabia , he visited Saudi Arabia and fulfilled his religious duty of pilgrimage to Mecca .

  • In 1959 he received the Rahman Baba Literature Award for his poems.
  • 1965 the second "Da Meenapal Nishan" (medal)
  • 1969 the first "Da Meenapal Nishan" (medal)
  • 1973 got the culture award "Pohanpal"
