Mohammed bin Ibrahim bin Amer Al-Otaibi ( Arabic محمد بن إبراهيم بن عامر العتيبي, DMG Muḥammad b. Ibrāhīm b. ʿĀmir al-ʿUtaibī ; * bl. 2017-2018) is a former Saudi diplomat .

On September 19, 2017, Salman ibn Abd al-Aziz appointed him Ministre plénipotentiaire in the Foreign Ministry.

On September 26, 2018, Jamal Khashoggi applied for an extract from the civil status register in order to get married. He was promised to pick it up personally on October 2, 2018. By the time Khashoggi arrived, a murder squad had arrived at the consulate general, probably under the leadership of the Saudi secret service. Under the direction of forensic doctor Salah Mohammed Tubaigy, Khashoggi was cut up with a bone saw.

On October 6, 2018, Otaibi held a press conference on the whereabouts of Khashoggi. The Consulate General building had doors at the front and back, and Al-Otaibi said, "Khashoggi could have gone either way."

On January 17, 2017, on the occasion of his assumption of office as Consul General in Istanbul, he paid a courtesy visit to Vasip Şahin , the Governor of Istanbul Province . On March 21, 2018, he was the patron of the graduation ceremony of the Saudi School in Istanbul .
