Mohy Abdullah Al Dhabbi is a Yemeni politician and diplomat .

Life

He was the Yemeni ambassador in Germany and at times the doyen of the Arab ambassadors in the Federal Republic. From 1999 to 2003 he was also Yemen's Ambassador to the Holy See . After returning to Yemen, he became his country's Deputy Foreign Minister. In this capacity, he apologized for his country in 2005 for the kidnapping of Jürgen Chrobog by members of a Yemeni tribal group. He supported Hadi in the 2012 Yemeni presidential election , in which Abed Rabbo Mansur Hadi was the only candidate .
