Moiterei is a German Oi! -Punk band.

history

Moiterei was founded in 1995 in Braunschweig by Jens Gödecke (vocals) and Ecki Vemmer (guitar). In 1998 they recorded their debut album Willkommen ab Bord in the practice room with borrowed equipment , which was initially released as a demo tape and was remixed a little later in the Whiteline studio. In the meantime, Pedder Teumer, singer of the German punk band Daily Terror , in which Ecki Vemmer also played, stood by the band as a manager, advisor and friend. In 2001, the Austrian label DSS Records released their second album, Manche mögens loud , which is distributed worldwide by Cargo Records . In addition to the punk - and the Oi! -Szene also became aware of Moiterei , a magazine of the metal scene with Rock Hard . The third album, Every Dog Has His Day , was also released on DSS / Cargo in 2004, this time recorded by Peter Oz at the Berlin headquarters / Soundwerk Orange.
