Monika Walden

Monika Walden (* in Hanover ) is a German presenter on radio and television: At NDR she is a well-known presenter alongside Michael Thürnau , Lutz Ackermann , Kerstin Werner , Jens Krause and Philipp Beisteiner . In addition, from December 1998 to May 2014 she co-hosted the game and lottery prize show BINGO! on NDR television . On the radio, Monika Walden moderates the "TOP 15 - the hit parade of NDR 1 Lower Saxony " on the broadcasting slot on Monday evening from 8 p.m. to 10 p.m.

Life

After graduating from high school in Hanover, Monika Walden studied German, political science and social psychology with a master's degree at the University of Hanover . During her studies she worked for several years as a freelance reporter for NDR 2 , then full-time as a presenter and reporter for NDR 1 Lower Saxony . In 2000, she moved to Kiel within the NDR , where she worked as an editor and presenter for NDR 1 Welle Nord . She regularly moderated the television program Schleswig-Holstein - Our Land , today's Schleswig-Holstein magazine. Since the end of 2001 she has been working again in Hanover for NDR 1 Lower Saxony. Since December 1998 Walden has been a co-host on the game and lottery prize show BINGO! on NDR television . On May 4, 2014, she announced on the show that she would stop there as a presenter.

Monika Walden has been married since 2001.
