The monsrud nabb is a nunatak in the Heimefrontfjella of the East Antarctic Queen Maud Land . It rises up in the south-western part of Sivorgfjella .
Scientists at the Norwegian Polar Institute named it in 1987. It is named after the farmer Bertha Monsrud (1896–1981), who, with her husband Jørgen (1888–1979) and their six sons, gave shelter to the radio operator of the resistance movement against the German occupation of Norway during World War II had assisted in the recovery of weapons dropped from the air for the resistance fight.
