The two-part summit of Mont Mézenc , with a maximum height of 1753 m, is the highest elevation of the Massif du Mézenc and one of the highest elevations in the French Massif Central . The mountain is located on the border between the Ardèche and Haute-Loire departments in the Monts d'Ardèche Regional Nature Park .
