Morandi is a Romanian dance and pop music group from Bucharest , consisting of Marius Moga and Randi alias Andrei Ștefan Ropcea.
history
The group formed in 2005 and released their debut album Reverse in 2005 . From 2005 to 2007 the band was under contract with Roton, and since 2007 they have been under contract with Universal Music. The group became known with their publications in Eastern Europe, Southeastern Europe and Eastern Central Europe. The band is particularly successful in Russia and Ukraine.
Morandi has been nominated several times for the MTV Europe Music Award and won it in 2008 in the category "Best Romanian & Moldovian Act". At the end of 2010, the single Angels was released in France, where it reached number 16 in the charts.
