geography

The mountain is one of the series of volcanoes that curve north from the extreme southern tip of the country to the Morne Trois Pitons . It is the first of these mountains in the south, which reach a height of over 1000 m ( 1123  m ). Numerous rivers have their source in its steep slopes.
