River Claire (also: River Clarie ) is a river in the Parish Saint George of Dominica .
geography
The River Claire rises with several source streams on the western slope of the mountain ridge, which runs with its volcanoes from south to north through Dominica. The source streams also run long along the ridge and thus near the border with Parish Saint Patrick . The catchment area of the Geneva River borders to the south . The northern source stream rises on the western slope of the Morne Watt and runs long to the southwest to the Curbin Estate ( ⊙ , 720 m ). There it receives an inflow from another source stream from the northeast slope of the Morne Anglais ( ⊙ , 900 m ). A third source stream rises on the west side of the Morne Anglais ( Paradis ), in the same area as the source streams of the River Douce and the Canari River (Dominica) ( ⊙ , 900 m ). At Augustus Estate , these streams converge and run west from there. The river passes Morne Prosper and flows into the Roseau River from the left and west at Bellevue Rawle Estate ( Morne Louis ) .
