The house Morr 14 , called home Untermaubach , is in the district of Rheydt in Mönchengladbach ( Nordrhein-Westfalen ).

architecture
The property is a free-standing, two-storey brick house with a partial basement. The eaves house is covered with a gable roof and was extended to seven axes in 1903 and provided with a stucco facade in popular Art Nouveau forms . The typical suburban inn from the turn of the century with its charming stucco facade is worth preserving for architectural, local history and urban planning reasons.
