The Morris Heights are a mountain range of smooth and icy hills in the Antarctic Ross Dependency . At the northern end of the Queen Alexandra chain , they form a peninsula-like formation between the Beaver and King Glaciers .
The Advisory Committee on Antarctic Names named them in 1966 after Lieutenant Clarence T. Morris, an air force officer on the command staff of the United States Navy Support Units in Antarctica between 1962 and 1963.
