The Morro Blachet ( Spanish ; in Argentina Morro Hielo , Spanish for 'ice hill') is a snow-covered hill on King George Island in the archipelago of the South Shetland Islands . It rises 3 miles north-northwest of Lions Rump on the west bank of King George Bay .
Chilean scientists named him after Santiago Blachet Villalobos, participant in the 8th Chilean Antarctic Expedition (1953-1954) to replace the occupation at the González Videla Antarctic Station .
