The Mota Babulu is a river in the Indonesian western part of the island of Timor .

The Babulu rises in the Nanaet Dubesi district , near the border with the neighboring state of East Timor, and then flows south. The Ostkobalima district lies on its east bank, and the Rai Manuk and Kobalima districts on its west bank . Finally the Babulu flows into the Timor Sea .
