Mount Barbakan ( Polish Góra Barbakan ) is a more than 300 m high mountain on King George Island in the archipelago of the South Shetland Islands . On the south coast of the island, it rises on the Krakow Peninsula between Legru Bay in the south and King George Bay in the north.
Polish scientists named it in 1980 after the Krakow Barbican .
