Mount Beck is a partially snow-capped mountain in Mac Robertson Land, East Antarctica . It rises two miles southwest of the Taylor Platform in the Prince Charles Mountains .
It was mapped using aerial photographs taken between 1956 and 1960 during the Australian National Antarctic Research Expeditions . The Antarctic Names Committee of Australia (ANCA) named it after John W. Beck, assistant cook at Mawson Station in 1964 and warehouse clerk at Wilkes Station in 1966.
