Mount FL Smith is a 2635 m high mountain in the Ross Dependency of Antarctica . In the Queen Alexandra chain, it rises about 1.6 km northeast of Mount Fox .
Participants in the Nimrod expedition (1907-1909), led by the British polar explorer Ernest Shackleton, discovered him. Shackleton named him after Finlay L. Smith (1829-1911), a Scottish tobacco producer and sponsor of the research trip.
