Mount Gaston is a mountain in Mac Robertson Land, East Antarctica . In the Porthos Range of the Prince Charles Mountains, it rises 800 m southeast of Mount Tarr .
The Australian National Antarctic Research Expeditions (ANARE) aerial photographs from 1965 were used for mapping purposes. The Antarctic Names Committee of Australia named it after Joe J. Gaston, an aircraft engineer in an ANARE campaign in 1969 to survey the Prince Charles Mountains.
