The Mount George is a 3104 m high peak in the Saint Elias Mountains in Alaska (USA).
Below the summit at an altitude of 1150 m , Anderson and Chitina glaciers unite . The summit is in the far west of a ridge that runs along the northern flank of the Chitina Glacier to Mount Steele . The state border with Canada runs almost 700 m further east from the summit . Mount George was founded in 1916 by the International Boundary Commission (IBC) in honor of the British King George V named.
