Mount Helios is a 1650 m high mountain in East Antarctic Victoria Land . In the eastern part of the Olympus Range it rises 1.3 km northeast of Mount Theseus .

The Advisory Committee on Antarctic Names named him in 1997 after Helios , the sun god from Greek mythology.
