Mount Hunt is a mountain with double peaks (516 and 518  m high) on the north coast of South Georgia . It rises east-northeast of Fusilier Mountain and west of Mount Skittle .

The UK Antarctic Place-Names Committee named him in 2015 by Rex Masterman Hunt (1926-2012), Governor of the Falkland Islands from 1980 to 1982, the helicopters of the type Westland Wasp during his visit of South Georgia in the spring of 1982 after the start of the HMS Endurance on the shore crash-landed south of the mountain, neighboring Saint Andrews Bay .
