Mount Lugg is a partially snow-capped mountain in Mac Robertson Land, East Antarctica . In the Prince Charles Mountains it rises 8 km south of Mount Hicks .

Scientists from the Australian National Antarctic Research Expeditions (ANARE) photographed him in 1971 from the geodetic stations on Mount Willing and Mount Hicks. The Antarctic Names Committee of Australia named him after Desmond James Lugg (* 1938), a doctor on Davis Station in 1963 and head of ANARE's campaigns for the Prince Charles Mountains in 1970 and 1971.
