Johann Sebastian Edleber

Johann Sebastian Edleber (also Johannes Sebastian Edleber , * 1708 in Würzburg , † March 25, 1742 ibid) was a German physician and professor at the University of Würzburg .

Life

Johann Sebastian Edleber studied medicine under Johann Martin Anastasius Orth (1676–1755) at the University of Würzburg and received his doctorate in 1735. Edleber subsequently worked as a councilor to the Prince-Bishop of Bamberg and Würzburg and as a full professor at the medical institute of the University of Würzburg.

On November 13, 1740 he was given the academic surname Eudemus II. Under the matriculation number. 507 elected member of the Leopoldina .
