Mount Marsland is a mountain in the East Antarctic Enderbyland . It rises 10 km south of the eastern section of the Beaver Glacier .
The mountain was mapped using aerial photographs taken in 1956 as part of the Australian National Antarctic Research Expeditions . The Antarctic Names Committee of Australia (ANCA) named him in 1962 to the Australian Frederick Leonard Marsland (1907-1935), midshipman on the RRS Discovery on the British Australian and New Zealand Antarctic Research Expedition (1929-1931).
