Mount Mill ( French Pic Mill ) is a 735 m high mountain on the Graham Coast of Graham Land on the Antarctic Peninsula . It rises about 4 km west of Mount Balch on the northeast side of Waddington Bay .
It was first mapped during the Belgica expedition (1897–1899) of the Belgian polar explorer Adrien de Gerlache de Gomery . However, it was only named in the course of the Fifth French Antarctic Expedition (1908-1910) under the direction of the polar explorer Jean-Baptiste Charcots . Namesake is Hugh Robert Mill (1861–1950), longtime librarian of the Royal Geographical Society . The Advisory Committee on Antarctic Names translated the French name into English in 1950.
