Mount Morton is a 1350 m high mountain on the Danco coast of Graham Land on the Antarctic Peninsula . It rises up between the Blériot and Cayley glaciers .
Aerial photographs taken during the Falkland Islands and Dependencies Aerial Survey Expedition (1956–1957) were used for mapping by the Falkland Islands Dependencies Survey . The UK Antarctic Place-Names Committee named the mountain in 1960 after the US aviation pioneer Grant Morton (1857-unknown), which is awarded according to some sources, in 1911 became the first man and before Albert Berry a parachute jump ventured out of a plane to to have.
