The Blériot Glacier is a short but wide glacier on the Danco coast of Graham Land on the Antarctic Peninsula . It lies east of Salvesen Cove and flows north into Hughes Bay .
He was photographed on the Falkland Islands and Dependencies Aerial Survey Expedition (1956–1957). These recordings were used for mapping by the Falkland Islands Dependencies Survey . The UK Antarctic Place-Names Committee named the glacier in 1960 after the French aviation pioneer Louis Blériot (1872-1936).
