Mount Norvegia is an expansive, icy and 1340 m high mountain in the East Antarctic Enderbyland . It rises 10 km north of Mount Christensen .
Aerial photographs of the Australian National Antarctic Research Expeditions from 1956 and 1957 were used for mapping. It is named after the research ship Norvegia , which operated off the coast of Enderbyland from December 1929 to January 1930 on an expedition financed by the Norwegian whaling entrepreneur Lars Christensen .
