Mount Queensland is a striking and 1910 m high mountain in East Antarctic Victoria Land . In the Deep Freeze Range it rises 11 km north of Mount Dickason .
Participants of the British Discovery Expedition (1901-1904) discovered it and named the mountain after Queensland in thanks for the help that the government of this Australian state gave to the research trip.
