Mount Spohn is a 3240 m high and striking mountain in the Antarctic Ross Dependency . In the Otway Massif of the Grosvenor Mountains , it is the highest point of the ridge on the western flank of the Burgess Glacier .
The Advisory Committee on Antarctic Names named him in 1965 after Harry R. Spohn, a meteorologist for the United States Antarctic Research Program at the Amundsen-Scott South Pole Station in 1963.
