Mount Verhaegen ( French Mont Verhaegen ) is an ice-free and 2300 m high mountain in the East Antarctic Queen Maud Land . It rises immediately west of Mount Perov in the Belgica Mountains .
Participant in the Belgian Antarctic Expedition in 1957/58 under Gaston de Gerlache de Gomery (1919–2006) discovered him. Name giver is Pierre Verhaegen (* 1923), an employee of the research trip.
