Mount Veynberg is an approximately 900 m high mountain on the Loubet coast of Graham lands north of the Antarctic Peninsula . On the Arrowsmith Peninsula, it looms in the southern part of Haslam Heights .
The UK Antarctic Place-Names Committee named it in 1960 after the Russian physicist Boris Petrowitsch Weinberg (1871-1942), who pioneered the mechanical and flow properties of ice under laboratory conditions in 1936.
