Muhammad Ikram (born April 9, 1994 ) is a Pakistani athlete who competes in the middle-distance run .

Athletic career

Muhammad Ikram gained his first international experience in 2015 at the Asian Championships in Wuhan , where he was eliminated in the 800-meter run with 1: 52.98 minutes in the first round. The following year he won the silver medal behind Indunil Herath from Sri Lanka at the South Asian Games in Guwahati in 1: 51.86 minutes . He was also fourth in the 1,500 meter run in 3: 56.25 minutes and won the bronze medal behind the teams from India and Sri Lanka in the Pakistani 4 x 400 meter relay in 3: 14.82 minutes. Only a week later he took part in the Asian Indoor Championships in Doha and was eliminated there over 800 meters with 1: 57.59 minutes in the lead. Three years later he again took part in the South Asian Games in Kathmandu and finished sixth there in 1: 54.19 minutes.

In 2015, 2017 and 2018 Ikram was the Pakistani champion in the 800-meter run and in 2015 also in the 4-by-400-meter relay.
