The Muna ( Russian Муна ) is a 40 km long tributary of the Umba in the southwest of the Kola Peninsula in the Russian Oblast of Murmansk .

The Muna flows from Lake Munosero and from there, winding richly through sparsely populated forests and swamps, westward to Lake Kanosero , about 30 kilometers away , through which the Umba flows. The most important tributary is the Inga (Инга).
