The Mundt group of companies consists of various companies that are active in the areas of energy supply and related services. The Mundt group of companies has a contractual agreement with Shell Deutschland Oil for the exclusive marketing of Shell products in the sales area.
history
In 1964, Karl-Heinz Mundt and Robert Morcinek founded Mundt + Morcinek GmbH in Hanover-Linden. In the same year, the company signed an agency contract with Shell Deutschland Oil GmbH. The company thus acts as a dealer for heating oil , diesel and carburetor fuels as well as lubricants . In the years from 1989 to 2009, further subsidiaries were founded, which make up today's Mundt group of companies. These include Mundt + Thoms GmbH and the heat supply company WVU GmbH & Co. KG in Magdeburg, MHG Mineralölhandels GmbH in Hanover-Laatzen, Thomas Sack, Energie + Service GmbH in Helmstedt, Tankstellen-Netz-Deutschland GmbH and Energie -Direkt Hameln GmbH. In 2010, Mundt + Morcinek GmbH was renamed Mundt GmbH Hannover and Mundt + Thoms GmbH was renamed Mundt GmbH Magdeburg. Reiner Mundt, Sebastian Mundt, Helmut Klaassen-von Nitzsch and Jan Hartwig have been managing directors ever since. In 2017 the company Krömker Mineralölhandels GmbH in Bünde was taken over and integrated into the Mundt group of companies.
Products
As a medium-sized energy service provider, the company supplies customers with heating oil , fuels , lubricants , electricity and gas . The building technology completes the service program for end and commercial customers. In addition, over 40 M1 filling stations are operated. With the M1 fuel card, customers can refuel at M1 filling stations and at over 850 partner filling stations of Petrol Station Network Germany (TND) throughout Germany.
