Music trade

from Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

The music trade is a facility to control the mutual reprinting of notes and to regulate the intricate questions of musical publishing law as well as to organize the shared publishing property (e.g. between England, France and Germany), which is particularly common in the music trade.

The German music dealers founded an association on May 23, 1829 (additional article of May 12, 1830) with its seat in Leipzig , which was reorganized in 1876.
