Music School (Frankenthal)

Formerly a sugar factory, now a music school

The municipal music school at Stephan-Cosacchi -Platz 1 in Frankenthal ( Rhineland-Palatinate ) is located in the former administration building of the Frankenthal AG sugar factory , which is registered as a cultural monument.

The original neo-renaissance building was built in 1888. His loggia was designed in 1910/11, as was the extension to the elongated hipped roof building with an elaborate portal porch by the architect Hermann Billing from Karlsruhe .

In addition to the music school, there are also classrooms for the adult education center in the building .
