Mustafa Wendland (born January 3, 1992 in Tripoli ) is a German handball goalkeeper .

His father, who came from Libya , died early, his mother lives in Stralsund , where he also grew up. In Hamburg he attended high school .

He began with the handball game at Stralsund HV , with which he made it into the A youth regional league. In April 2008 he moved to the B-Jugend of HSV Handball in Hamburg , where he first played in the major league. For the 2011/12 season he returned to the Stralsund HV, who played in the 3rd division . For the 2013/14 season , Mustafa Wendland signed a contract with HF Springe , with whom he was promoted from the North Season to the 2nd handball Bundesliga after the 2014/15 season . However, after the 2015/16 season, the HF Springe were relegated to the 3rd league for economic reasons, despite a 15th place in the table. Mustafa Wendland played with his club in the East Season of the 3rd League. In summer 2018 he joined handball Hannover-Burgwedel .

Mustafa Wendland played his first game for the German A youth national team in October 2010 (in Eaubonne against Poland).
